RETURN POLICY
Returns are based on items and/or the retailer’s iDoGifts partner with and their individual return policies. Due to the range of Return policies iDoGifts will work with you and the retailer to return an item. Most retailer partners allow a 30 day return policy. When possible a gift receipt is included with the gift at delivery.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Send an email to support@idogifts with the subject "Product Return". In the email please let us know what product is defective and/pr the shipping error that occurred. Make sure to include your name, contact number, and address. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours to being processing your request.
